Field Trip and Graduation Dance Party permission slips or donations, please
bring them to the office.
Flower
lovers! May Day is almost here and
TODAY at lunch interested students are invited to create bouquets for seniors
in our community for distribution tomorrow. Come to the Staff Room at lunch TODAY
arrange bouquets and pick up a field trip permission slip so that you can
deliver these stunning arrangements to The Redwoods seniors at lunch tomorrow.
Students:
The library will be closed at lunch tomorrow, Tuesday, May 1st
for the California Young Reader Medal party.
The Mill Valley Parade Committee is seeking student essays – 500 words
or less – on any topic that has to do with Memorial Day (family history of
military involvement, service to the country, Memorial Day memories, etc.).
Two to three essays will
be selected and these students will get to read their essays at the start of
the parade, and then ride on a special opening vehicle in the front of the
parade. It is a big honor!!
