CHANGE IN PLANS FOR GRADUATION DAY:
Due to the inclement weather forecast for tomorrow, there has been a change of plans for 8th grade graduation.  The Graduation Ceremony will be at Gus Gym at Tam High (gym closest to Miller Ave). The ceremony will begin at 2:00PM, with doors opening at 1:00PM for seating (you will not need to bring your own chairs). Seating will be in the bleachers and a limited number of chairs, and there will also be some standing room areas.  Student seating will be in folding chairs on the gym floor.
Students are to report to Ruby Gym (on the other side of the pool from Gus Gym) at 8:15 for the graduation breakfast and rehearsal.  Students will be dismissed from the Tam High gym around 11:00AM (or shortly thereafter) to go home and get ready for graduation.  
Students are to report back to Ruby Gym at 1:30PM to check-in and line up for graduation. They will process from Ruby Gym to Gus Gym and the graduation ceremony will begin at 2:00PM.
MVMS students: Last Day!! Now is the time to retrieve your belongings from the Lost and Found.  After today, absolutely EVERYTHING will be donated and you will lose your stuff forever. Visit the Lost and Found today!

There are plenty of yearbooks left for sale. Purchase one at the front desk before or after school today. Cost is $50.00.  Cash or check made out to Josten's only.

Congratulations on another incredible year!  Good luck high schoolers and see you next year to our rising 7th and 8th graders!  Have a great summer!!

By the end of the day today, all of these items must be returned in the condition you received them, or you can submit payment for replacement costs. If items are not returned or paid for, you will not be able to participate in end of the year activities such as Field Day, McNear's Beach, Stinson Beach, graduation dance, and yearbook distribution.

Club News
All calligraphy students should come to our classroom tomorrow, Wednesday, June 15, at 8am for a brief meeting. 

Sports News
The last Mountain Biking Race results are in:  
 8th grader Ben St. John placed 2nd.
 7th grade girls  Haley Randel and Isabella Heinemann placed 1st and 2nd and 7th grader  Sam St. John placed 8th.
 Vaila Heinemann placed 1st for the 6th grade girls. 
 6th grade boys Finn Clarkson,  Zach Hubbell, JP Ballschmider,  Jonas Barnes, and Jack Spence represented MVMS winning 2nd, 5th, 6th,  8th and 10th place for our school.
 MVMS placed 1st in this series championship as well as 1st  for the overall season.  The trophy will be displayed in our trophy case soon. 

We are all very proud of our very first MVMS Mountain Biking Team.
