“Suggest what is right, oppose what is wrong;…and if you are not popular, you will at least be respected; popularity lasts only a day, respect will [be passed on] to your children.”

Many of you may have heard about ways that schools around the country are sending messages of strength and unity to the students who survived the recent shootings at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. At lunchtime every day from now until March 14th, there will be a few classrooms open for students to go and create banners or signs expressing our support which will be displayed around our own campus. We will take photos and share it with them through social media, as is their stated preference. Anyone interested is invited to come to room 20 (Lewczyk), 27 (Miller) or 32 (Gough) TODAY at lunch and make signs that show support for and unity with these students.

Students: The Lost and Found countdown is on! Make a trip to the Lost and Found TODAY and retrieve your items now. They will be donated Thursday, March 8th.

Parents: Have you seen that great jacket/sweater/water bottle/lunchbox with your son or daughter lately? It may be in our Lost and Found! Encourage your student to take a look (and/or you can look) for anything they might have misplaced before it is donated on Thursday!

Students: At Panther Time TODAY we will be holding our Lockdown Drill. Mill Valley Police will be on site to evaluate our procedures. Please follow all instructions given by your teachers during the drill and conduct yourselves in a mature and appropriate manner.
