"In a time of turbulence and change, it is more true than ever that knowledge is power."

Hey 7th & 8th Graders, your DJ Georgia Smith is taking requests for school appropriate songs to be played during lunch on Fridays and each morning before the announcements. Any student may drop a suggestion in the marked box in the library.

Greetings Mathletes! Did you know that 3 out of every 2 people have trouble with fractions? Don't forget to bring your lunch to Ms. Ferreira's room #33 on Tuesdays-that's TODAY- for some calculated fun.

What's up MVMS? Student Council has some exciting news for you.
Halloween was a hoot, you have piles of candy...now what should you do?
You can't eat them all because that would be bad.
You can't stash them all because mom will be mad.
What does one do with a problem like this one?
We have an idea that is generous and fun.
Donate your candy and new toothbrushes to the US military,
so that everybody can have a Halloween that is happy and merry.
Bring your candy and new toothbrushes to Mr. Doyle or Ms. Thebaut by November 7
so this Halloween everyone can have a bit of candy heaven.

Students, at this time all cell phones and electronics need to be turned off and in your backpack.
