Cabaret News:

TODAY after school are CALLBACKS for The Wizard of Oz. CALLBACK LISTS are posted on the Cabaret Board outside of Mr. Salvatto's office. Callbacks are on the STAGE from 3-6pm. Please check in at the CHORUS ROOM. You must be prepared to stay for the entire audition, but may be finished earlier. Bring water and wear comfortable shoes.  NO CELL PHONES allowed during auditions, so please make arrangements for pickup prior to 3pm. Please keep in mind that if you do NOT see your name on the callback list, it does not necessarily mean that you have not been cast. FINAL Cast and Crew lists will be posted on the Cabaret Board and on the website at the end of the school day on Friday, Dec. 8th.

Do you like hot chocolate? Me too! Get to school green on Friday, December 8^th by carpooling, walking or rolling and Safe Routes will give you a free hot chocolate. Don’t let rain stop you from going green; talk with your friends and neighbors and set up carpools. See you at Carpools for Cocoa on Friday!

MVMS you deserve a loud and hearty congratulations: As of today, ALL THE WISHES in the MVMS Holiday Wishes Drive are committed and spoken for! That means that every person who made a gift request for MVMS through Homeward Bound, the Huckleberry House Youth Program, The Marin Foster Care Parents Association, Sunny Hills Services & the Center for Domestic Peace will have their wish fulfilled. Additionally, many MVMS students met face to face with leaders in our community to learn about homelessness, foster care and to grow in their understanding of community members struggling over the holidays.

This Friday will be the final day to bring in the Holiday Wish gifts to school. Remember they can be dropped with the red-aproned volunteers in the morning pickup lane, or brought to the office. On Saturday, a team of student and parent volunteers will wrap presents and write Holiday cards. We may even hear from a special guest. This is truly awesome MVMS!  Thank you for putting your community first by bringing joy to others over the holidays.

The Library will be closed on Wednesday after school for the Staff Meeting.

Beyond Differences will meet TODAY in the multimedia room at lunch. All students are invited!

Hey Mathletes, why was the math book so sad? Because it had so many problems! Come to our meeting at lunch TODAY in room 33 to multiply your fun!

Attention 7th grade Lunchtime Football League participants: Playoffs are this week with Teams A vs. B on Wednesday and Teams c vs. D on Friday. Be ready to play!
