Are you interested in Robotics at MVMS?  Interested students from all grades should come to the multimedia room at Lunch this Friday to find out about the Robotics Club and how to join. Friday. Lunch. Robotics. Got it? See you there!

The first meeting of the Yearbook Club will be Thursday, October 4th. See you there!

The Recycled Art Club will meet at lunch on Monday, October 1st in Mr. Doyle’s room 3.

Calligraphy students: Your first meeting will be Wednesday, October 3rd at 7:30am in Ms. Peet’s room 36.

All Students are reminded that there is no skateboarding or scootering on campus! Students are to PICK UP THEIR WHEELS when they arrive on campus and leave them in a classroom for the school day- either your first period class or the last period class. Students violating this rule may have their skateboard or scooter confiscated.

Hello all MVMS readers: Do you like the book Refugee? Would you like to read more books by the author? Refugee author Alan Gratz will be at Mill Valley Middle School in October, to talk about his new book, Grenade. Grenade is about a 13-year-old Japanese boy who is ordered to kill American soldiers at the end of World War Two. Come to the library to get a pre-order form if you would like to buy a copy signed by Alan Gratz. Book Passage will donate a portion of the sales to the MVMS library.

Attention 8thGraders: All Ropes Course permission slips and donations are due. If you have not turned them in yet, do it TODAY at the main office!

All Students please power down your cell phones or other personal electronics NOW and put them in your backpack until the end of the school day.
