“A vision without a task is but a dream. A task without a vision is drudgery. A vision and a task are the hope of the world.”

Students: Please remember to bring headphones or earbuds with you every day in your backpack, as they are required for testing. Of course, you should also have your ipad and ensure it is fully charged.

Attention 8th Graders: If you have Stinson Field Trip and Graduation Dance Party permission slips or donations, please bring them to the office.

Students: The library will be closed TODAY after school for a Staff Meeting.

The Mill Valley Parade Committee is seeking student essays – 500 words or less – on any topic that has to do with Memorial Day (family history of military involvement, service to the country, Memorial Day memories, etc.).
Two to three essays will be selected and these students will get to read their essays at the start of the parade, and then ride on a special opening vehicle in the front of the parade.  It is a big honor!!
Please submit essays to Ms. Miller at nmiller@mvschools.org by May 18, 2018.

Did you know that every year, 225,000 people rely on food from the SF Marin Food Bank? The food bank supports seniors, veterans, students, and families. A-Team:
Sixth Graders.  You’ve been listening to all the announcements for seventh graders about being WEB Leaders, but did you know that there’s also a chance for YOU to be involved in the WEB program next year?  You can become a member of what’s known as the A-TEAM.  This responsible, organized, and awesome crew helps make the WEB program work, and they also help run the lollipop sales, too.  If you want to find out more, come to a lunchtime meeting TOMORROW in the Multi-Media Room.

Green Team:

Help us plant native and edible plants in our newly built raised garden beds in front of the Panther Cafe! We can’t wait to see you there!
