Students: Please remember to bring headphones or earbuds with you every day in your backpack, as they are required for testing. Of course, you should also have your ipad and ensure it is fully charged.

Attention 7^th Graders: We need more drivers for our end of year McNear’s Field Trip! Parents: if you can help out, please email your child’s Panther Time teacher now. Volunteers make this fun and memorable event happen!

Track and Field team members turn in your uniforms to Ms. Palmer by Friday to get your deposit check back. After that, your deposit will be forfeited.

Attention all students: We are fast approaching the end of the school year! Now is a great time to start checking the Lost and Found for any of your wayward items and to begin clearing out your locker if you have one.

Congratulations to all of the MVMS participants on their amazing work presented at the World Savvy Conference last Friday! Our school truly shined!

A special shout out goes to the three groups that placed at the festival:

First Place, in the category of Health and Safety went to group POP: Ella Clark, Lilia Steele-Swales, Kira Keane, and Veronica Meagher

Second Place, in the category of Health and Safety went to the group: (not) Under the Influence - Julian Khetawat, Elek Yozie, and Giovanni Stechman

And, Overall Festival Recognition award for Team Engagement went to the Traffic lights group:  Lindsay Fiek, James Tollen, Kate Rosegard, and Juliet Bastian

Hey MVMS, Do you know what is happening this Friday?  Have you seen the posters around school? That’s right, this Friday is Sports Day! Wear your favorite team’s gear to school and show your spirit. You can wear professional or recreational sport teams' clothes.  We can’t wait to see everyone in their sports clothes!

The KIDDO! Family Community Celebration with a Carnival and Day on the Green is coming!! Enjoy family fun, rides, games, music and food all Memorial Day weekend.
