"Our biggest fault is that we are more given to talking about things than to doing them."
Club News
Come to the MVMS Book Club meeting on Wednesday at lunch in Room One! We will talk about the end of Dogtag Summer and start reading Ghost Hawk. Students who read these two books and the book Doll Bones will be invited to a pizza party in the library this spring!
Panther Time classes:
How are those doors looking? Student Council is excited to see all
the creativity that will abound on those doors. Remember, all doors must
be finished by next Thursday, December 17. Judging will take place on Friday,
December 18th. Good Luck and have fun!
Thanks to all who have
already donated non-perishable foods to such a worthy cause. We have a
great start to the Food Drive. Please keep bringing in your bags of food
so that we can reach our goal of 2015 lbs. As it stands right now we have
already collected almost 200 lbs of food. Remember to bring your
bags of food to Room 3 first thing in the morning. We can reach our goal!
Thanks for supporting your community.
You know, the holiday
break is coming up soon and you have a lot of training to do. You know,
there's a lot of donuts and cookies and sugar plums and candy canes to be
eaten, and you don’t want to be ill-prepared. Start your official holiday
treat training tomorrow, Tuesday, by getting a delicious LOLLIPOP during lunch
behind the library. Better yet, get a whole assortment to give away as
gifts or to last you through the long winter nights. See you tomorrow.
Only 100 pennies.
Reminder: The Rubik’s
Cube Club Round Robin Individual Tournament is today (Monday) in Ms. Peets'
room, Room 36.
