Hello everybody. We need your help! As you might know, Nepal was recently hit by a devastating 7.8 earthquake and a 7.3 aftershock. Our very own Aid For Nepal group here at MVMS is trying to raise money to provide food, water and shelter to the needy families. We’re going to have a bake sale at the Memorial Day Carnival, and YOU can help! If you donate a dozen baked goods, not only will you be doing your part to help Nepal, but you’ll also receive a ticket for one FREE baked good. Got that? FREE. Bring your baked goods this week to Ms. Miller’s room 27 in the lower 7th grade pod, or directly to the booth at the carnival on Monday. And remember, even if you can’t bake, you can still help out by buying the treats or donating money directly to the Save The Children, where all the proceeds will go. Nepal needs help, and you can be the one to give it.
