Memorial Day Bake Sale News!! Thank you to everyone that helped support Aid for Nepal! We were able to raise $1,193 dollars!!!  This money will be sent to Save the Children’s Earthquake Relief Fund where the money can go directly to the people in need. Thank you again for all of your help making the day a tremendous success!
ATTENTION 6th graders! THERE WILL NO LONGER BE ANY GAMES OF TAG IN THE LUNCH AREAS AT RECESS OR LUNCH.  Any student seen playing tag will be issued a lunch detention.

Reminder - All library books are due next Friday, June 5.  The library will be CLOSED AT LUNCH tomorrow, Friday, and next Monday, June 1. 


If you have outgrown your PE clothes or are moving on to high school, please consider donating your PE uniform to the PE department. See Ms. Allen for more information.

Club News

7th graders, if you were selected to be a WEB Leader for next year, listen up.  Next Wednesday, June 3, is the required Spring Play Day.  Be at  the gym and ready to get started by 2:00.  Make sure this is marked on your calendars.

WEB leaders who are tour guides for the 5th grade tours, please check the lists posted on the "Web Board" for your date and don't forget to wear your shirt.
 

Hey Eco Top Chef Team! Don't forget about our last meeting of the year, today in Ms. Zeisler's room at lunch. We will have treats and a thank you card to sign for Chef Sebastian! See you there!
 
Hey Sixth Graders: It's that time again!! Another movie night is happening today - after school from 2:30-4:30 in the Multimedia room.  If you haven't signed up yet, find the RED MOVIE NIGHT sign up poster in UPPER EARTH!! The movie is free, but bring a couple bucks to buy home-made treats for a good cause, courtesy of the WEB Leaders.  See you there!

Volleyball Club will meet again next Monday, June 1 in the gym from 2:35-4:00pm.

Congratulations to the MVMS Golf Team for making it to the finals and coming in second out of 13 schools. They also set a league record earlier in the season, the best team score in the 8 years the league has been running. Go Panthers! 


All 8th grade girls interested in Mt. Biking in High School are invited to meet with Tam High Mountain Bike coaches and riders to find out more about the Tam High Mountain Bike team.
