"The superior man sets a good example to his neighbors.  He is considerate of their feelings and their property."

Attention MVMS staff and students.  The Go Green Challenge is on! Don't forget - the drawing will be held tomorrow, Friday.  Grand prize is a GoPro Camera.  We will also have movie tickets to give away as well as our traditional bike blender at lunch tomorrow.  It makes amazing smoothies for all who participated.

There is still time to complete your volunteer hours for MVMS's Community First Program. If you are still looking for opportunities to volunteer, stop by the Marin Volunteer Fair this Saturday, April 11th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. The Buck Institute is located at 8001 Redwood Blvd., Novato, CA 94945. The deadline to complete your service and submit your volunteer forms is June 1st.

Hello MVMS,  do you have a sweet tooth? If so you're in luck. Fundsport A Student, our World Savvy group, will be hosting a bake sale at lunch today, Thursday, on the 8th grade side of the gym. We will be selling jello, assorted candy, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and rice crispies. Not only do you get something sweet to eat, but you support a good cause. 100% of the proceeds will go to purchasing sports equipment for the Arapaho Native American Youth on the Wind River Reservation, one of America's most violent and impoverished areas.  Thanks and see you at lunch!
