“I wish to be virtuous and lo! virtue is at hand.”

Attention, Readers! The All School Read committee is starting to look for next year’s book, and we want your ideas for something everyone from 6th to 8th grade can read and enjoy. Have you read something you loved? Do you have a favorite title you like to recommend to all of your friends? Wouldn’t it be cool if you selected our next book? Write your book title on the poster across from the library, and help us find next year’s All School Read.

Attention all students! Are you interested in taking home an MVMS Yearbook at the end of the year? Online preorders for the yearbook will only be around for one more month! Yearbook preorder sales close at the end of February. But you can still order now! Go to jostensyearbooks.com to order your yearbook if you have not done so already. Come see Ms. Zeisler in Room 45 if you have any questions.

You should have received your invite to the 2nd Annual Parent-Son Dance. It will be held Friday, February 8th. Tickets are on sale now!

8th Graders- you should have received a packet of registration information from Tamalpais High School in preparation for registration this Saturday, February 2nd. If you have not received a packet, please contact your counselor.

Students remember that the building is not open until the first bell rings at 8:35am! It is also closed during lunch, unless you are working quietly in the library.

CABARET NEWS! Tickets to Cabaret are NOW ON SALE!  While you will all have the opportunity to see Middle School Musical during the school week, it is always exciting to see your classmates perform again.  Bring your families and your neighbors!  Public performances are Friday, March 1 at 7:30pm; Saturday, March 2 at 7:30pm; and Sunday, March 3 at 1pm.  Tickets are $10 for Students and $20 for Adults.  Purchase your tickets online by going to the Cabaret website (under Student Activities on the MVMS website) or prior to the performances.  Hope to see you there!
