"Better for the hands to be busy than the mouth."
We have received a
number of concerns from parents and teachers about students not being safe and
responsible when riding their bikes to and from school. It is imperative that
students follow all traffic laws, including, but not limited to riding on the
right hand side of the road and in the bike lane, stopping at all stop signs
and traffic lights, riding with the flow of traffic and not against it, walking
bikes in crosswalks, and being aware of surroundings. Please be sure to ride in
a safe and responsible manner when coming to and from school.
