Hey 7th and 8th Graders, your DJ Georgia Smith is taking requests for school appropriate songs. Drop a suggestion in the marked box in the library. 

 
Check out our school newspaper, Panther Prints today! There is a link on the front page of the  MVMS website and a new issue is posted every month making sure you're always informed. If you love to write and share your writing, you have the opportunity to have it featured in the school newspaper by emailing submissions to nmiller@mvschools.org.

Greetings Mathletes! Did you know that 3 out of every 2 people have trouble with fractions? Don't forget to bring your lunch to Ms. Ferreira's Rm 33 on Tuesdays for some calculated fun! 

Cross country runners we will have our end of the season celebration this Thursday after school.  Plan to run and please bring your washed jersey to return to your coaches. 

GSA meets TODAY at lunch in the multimedia room.  Bring your lunch and join us.

Basketball try-outs are this week:

TODAY Nov. 8  6th grade boys 3-4:30pm and 8th grade boys 5-6:30pm

Wednesday Nov. 9 8th grade girls4:30-6 and 7th boys 3-4:30

Thursday Nov. 10 6th girls 3:30-5pm and 7th girls 5-6:30pm

Thank you for coming to the first Cabaret meeting and we hope you are looking forward to our 2017 production of Annie!  Forms for Cast and Crew are available on the Cabaret Board in the library hallway next to Mr. Salvatto's office.  There are many parts for girls and boys in the cast, and we are even looking for someone to be a dog trainer!  Bring your CAST FORM TO YOUR AUDITION on either Nov. 28 or Nov. 29.  CREW Forms can be turned into the front desk or the Kiddo Office. 

The Girls 8th Grade Volleyball Team is undefeated and playing for the Championship this week! Come and cheer them on at the Semi-Finals TODAY at 4pm at Edna Maguire. Go Panthers!
