March Madness is HERE!  Come to the gym after school tomorrow, Wednesday, and join your friends in the fun!  Bring your sponsor sheets to the event and shoot up to 100 shots.  Remember, every 10^th shot is with a pink basketball for Double Dollars!  Top fundraisers will receive a gift from Boys Against Breast Cancer.  Last year MVMS students raised over $12,000!  Let’s see if we can top that this year!  Bring your Panther Pride and come join this important event!

It’s not too late to vote for your favorite California Young Reader Medal book. Read the three books in the middle school or young adult category and submit your ballot in the library by March 30. You will be invited to a pizza party and may earn extra credit in your Language Arts class.

Club News

Lollipops.  That is:  La…Lee…Pops.  Lollipops.  You can buy these today at lunch behind the library.  One dollar gets you non-sugary sweetness.  See you there.

WEB Leaders: After having had a couple of early planning meetings, we will be making final decisions on the WEB events for the rest of the year this Friday at lunch .  Come by if you’ve discussed it already, come by if you haven’t been able to make the first couple of meetings. Again, that’s Friday at lunch.
