Remember to turn in your emergency cards and other documents to your Panther Time teacher. 

Students who ride bikes:  Be sure to Stop at all Stop signs and Red lights and follow all bike safety laws.  6th graders are to lock their bikes in the 6th grade area behind the play structure and in the racks along the back fence.  7th & 8th graders are to lock their bikes in the 7/8 grade racks behind the Panther Cafe and Mr. DiPierro's room.

Announcements 
Cross Country starts Thursday, September 1.  Please meet in the gym at 3PM.
First practice will be Thursday, September 8 at 3PM.
Remember to fill out the participation form and bring it to the first meeting or practice.

6th Grade Girls:  If you are interested in playing Volleyball for MVMS, there will be an informational meeting TODAY and tomorrow at lunch in the Gym. Bring your lunch and come get info from the coaches.  Go Panthers!

We will be following a 1a-6a schedule TODAY.   Monday we will begin our normal rolling schedule.  


If you are new to MVMS, please know that there are staff who are available to help you as you get to know your schedule and the building.  Anyone wearing a blue lanyard is a staff member and can help you get where you need to go.  Please don’t hesitate to ask!

For this week, students do not need dress out for PE.  PE teachers will let you know when they need to start dressing out.

A message from the Principal

Welcome to the first day of school - we are excited to see all of you and know this will be a great school year.

Welcome to a new year at Mill Valley Middle School.

Our first day of school is Wednesday, Aug 24, 2016.

The first bell rings at 8:35 a.m.  Students should arrive on campus by 8:20 a.m.

We look forward to a new school year.
