A message from the Principal
Welcome to the first day of school - we are
excited to see all of you and know this will be a great school year.
For the first 3 days of school, we will be
following a 1-6 schedule. You will be seeing all of your classes each day
this week. Monday we will begin our normal rolling schedule.
If you are new to MVMS, please know that there
are staff who are available to help you as you get to know your schedule and
the building. Anyone wearing a blue lanyard is a staff member and can
help you get where you need to go. Please don’t hesitate to ask!
For this week, students don’t need dress out for
PE. PE teachers will let you know when they need to start dressing out.
Please be sure to give your parents the first
day packet you receive today. It is very important to do this on the first day
so that they can read and sign the documents that need to be returned by
Friday.

Volleyball tryouts for 6th, 7th and 8th
grade girls begin this Saturday, August 27th. There
will be 3 tryouts scheduled for each grade. You are required to attend at least
two. Details are on Coach Jason Souza’s website or you can stop by room 48 with
questions.
