“If a man does not keep pace with his companions…perhaps
it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music he hears,
however measured or far.”
You
should have received your invite to the 2nd Annual
Parent-Son Dance. It will be held this Friday, February 8th.
Tickets are required and on sale now!
Do
you like to golf? Tryouts for the Golf Team are coming up on
February 25th & 26th. Get details from the poster by the
front office. Please note that this is not a school sponsored team.
6th
Graders! There is NO FOOD allowed on or around the play structure at any time.
The area has been littered with food and trash at lunch!
Grab your lunch and join us for an event
featuring Mill Valley Fire Chief Tom
Welch on Monday, February 11th in the Library. Chief Welch will share
his experience as a survivor of the Sonoma County fires in 2017 and will talk
about neighbors helping neighbors in case of fire in Mill Valley. He is a
dynamic speaker and this is a unique chance to learn more about what is being
done in Mill Valley to prevent fires as well as to prepare if disaster strikes. The Library will be closed to all activities except silent work on Monday due
to the guest speaker.
Students
remember that the building is not open until the first bell rings at 8:35am,
unless it is raining. It is also closed during lunch, unless you are working
quietly in the library.
Students, please power
down your cell phones and other personal electronics for the duration of the
school day.
