EMERGENCY cards and First Day Packets are overdue!  Please bring them to the office today. 

Students:  If you have a lock on one of the lockers already, please remove it before the end of the day today. Non-MVMS-issued locks left on lockers after Wednesday are likely to be cut off at the end of the week.

Attention MVMS students! Are you interested in getting involved in YOUR school?  Do you want to make a difference on YOUR campus?  Do you want to run fun activities here at YOUR MVMS?  If you answered YES to any of those questions, then join Student Council! There will be a mandatory informational meeting regarding Student Council next Wednesday, September 9th at lunch in the conference room - next to Mr. Nelson's office. Please come and see if Student Council is for you. You must attend in order to pick up an application to run for student office.  Please see Mr. Doyle (Room 3) or Mrs. Thebault (Room 92) if you have any questions.  Sixth graders…be sure to talk to your teachers if you do not know where the conference room is located.  Hope to see you there!

Volleyball tryouts are underway!  Please visit the MVMS website for details on tryout dates and times.

  

8th Grade Girls: ·         First Practice - Thursday 9/3 from 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm

7th Grade Girls: ·         Tryouts, Day 2 - Wednesday 9/2 from 2:00 pm to 3:15 pm ·         First Practice - Friday 9/4 from 3:45 pm to 5:00 pm

6th Grade Girls: ·         Tryouts, Day 1 - Wednesday 9/2 from 3:15 to 4:15 pm ·         Tryouts, Day 2 - Thursday 9/3 from 3:15 to 4:00 pm ·         Tryouts, Day 3 - Friday 9/4 from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm ·         First Practice – TBA

Cross Country: The first meeting for all students interested is tomorrow, Thursday, Sept. 3rd, in the gym at 3:15 pm with Ms. Palmer.
