EMERGENCY cards are due today!  Please make sure to bring them to the office.  All other forms from the first day packet are due no later than next Tuesday, September 1.

Music News
7th and 8th grade chorus students: Sign-ups and auditions have begun for the MVMS Chamber Choir! If you are interested in auditioning, please come to the chorus room at recess or lunch to sign up for a time slot.

Sports News

Volleyball….. before tryouts, students must sign up with Mr. Souza in room 48 or Ms. Zeisler in room 10. You may also sign up on Mr Souza's website. Please visit the MVMS website for details on tryout dates and times.

Cross Country: The first meeting for all students interested is next Thursday, Sept. 3rd, in the gym at 3:15 pm with Ms. Palmer.

Important News: 

The Lost and Found area can be found near the library across from the supply and printing room.  Articles that are found around the school will be collected, brought to that area, and put in the bin.  Each Friday, volunteer parents will organize the items and hang the clothes.  Please label all of your jackets, backpacks, PE gear, lunch boxes, etc.  If an item has your name on it, the volunteers will contact you or your parents. Remember to check the lost and found as soon as you notice something is missing.   Every few weeks we will clear out the lost and found and donate items which no one has claimed.  So please label your belongings and check the lost and found frequently.
