Attention staff and students! Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3, will be our last Spirit Day of the year.  Student Council is encouraging everyone to participate in Crazy Hair and Crazy Hat Day. So spray that hair, find a wig, or pull that wild hat out of your closet.  Otter Pops will be awarded to the Wednesday morning 5th period classes with the highest percentage of participation.  There will be two class winners per grade level!  Show your Panther Pride and join in on the fun!

Congratulations to three MVMS students who won honorable mention in the Phillips Essay Writing Contest this year. Fiona Norton, Alexis Detjen-Cresen, and Johanna Meesan. Their essays were chosen from over 700 county-wide entries. Way to go, Fiona, Alexis, and Johanna!

Club News

All calligraphy students - after the announcements, please go to the library for your field trip.

7th graders, next year’s WEB program starts tomorrow.  Yes, tomorrow is the required Spring Play Day.  Which day?  Tomorrow.  Where?  At the gym.  What time?  2:00 sharp.  See you then.

Yearbook Club is meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, in room 25.  Be there!

Volleyball Club will meet today, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:10-4:30pm.

All 8th grade girls interested in Mt. Biking in High School are invited to meet with Tam High Mountain Bike coaches and riders to find out more about the Tam High Mountain Bike team.
