Students!  All Library Books are due on Monday, June 4^th. Books that are not returned will need to be paid for before you attend end of the year field trips.

If you have not visited the Lost and Found recently, it would be a good idea to get there this week. Items will be donated the last week of school…

As a reminder to all students: Cell phones are to be turned off entirely (not on vibrate, silent or airplane mode) from the first bell until dismissal. In accordance with MVMS policy, cell phones being used or going off in class will be confiscated.

If you have a Locker assigned to you, please begin clearing it out. Lockers will be opened, emptied and the locks will be taken off on Wednesday, June 6^th. Make sure you get all of your things out before then!

Students: If you are interested in going into the medical or dental field as a career, Dominican University is hosting an information evening on getting on the right track for that path TODAY, May 30^th, from 6:30-8:30pm. Check out the flier by the front office or see Ms. Goodman for more information.

Congratulations to the Memorial Day Parade Essay contest winners Soren Alamin and Marre Gattner. Soren and Marre were the highlight of the opening ceremonies for the Mill Valley Memorial Day Parade! After the ceremony finished, they were given special recognition from the judge’s podium and led the parade riding in the Wells Fargo Stage Coach. Way to go Soren & Marre!

Attention all future WEB leaders (current 7^th graders): This is a reminder that your first mandatory WEB event is TODAY at 2pm in the gym. We realize this is a half day, so use the break after to grab some lunch and come prepared to play games and meet the 2018 WEB crew! This event is mandatory, so please stop in to see Ms. Varboncoeur or Mr. Aquino with any questions, comments or concerns. We look forward to seeing you all in one place this afternoon!

Remember that TODAY and Friday, June 15^th are both early dismissal days. You will be dismissed at 12:40pm, at which time any students with Choice Lunch can pick up their meals. If you are not planning on picking up your lunch, you should cancel it online.

Hello Students and Parents: If a student has forgotten to bring something to school (lunch/ipad/homework/sports equipment, etc.), it can be left for them at the office if necessary. Students are encouraged to check at the office during recess, lunch or passing periods for things they think may have been delivered for them. We DO NOT NOTIFY STUDENTS- they are expected to be responsible for their own items.

Attention MVMS 8^th Graders:
You are invited to join Tam Link Crew for our first ever sunset OUTSIDE TAM, an event with food trucks, music (by students and teachers) and field games. Come join the Seniors as their sun sets on their time at Tam, hang out with your classmates, and join next year’s incoming freshmen as they start their journey at Tam. The event is happening JUNE 1ST on the Tam FOOTBALL FIELD from 5pm to sunset (8pm). The Link Crew would love for you to come! 8th graders and their parents and all Tam students are invited. Bring a blanket!
